What This Means

Under California law, "selling" personal information means:

Disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration
Sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

OptixLog does NOT engage in any of these activities.

How We Share Data

We only share your personal information with:

1. Service Providers (Not a "Sale")

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf:

Supabase/AWS: Database and file storage
Stripe: Payment processing
Google: OAuth authentication
OpenAI: Optional AI code analysis
Vercel: Hosting and analytics

These are NOT sales because we have written contracts with all providers, and they can only use data to provide services to us.

2. Project Collaborators

If you choose to share a project with other OptixLog users, they can view that specific data. This is done with your explicit permission and is not a "sale."

We Do NOT

Sell your personal information for money
Trade or rent your data to third parties
Share your data for advertising or marketing purposes
Allow third parties to use your data for their own purposes
Participate in ad networks or data brokers
Use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising
